"All Work, No Pay"

I stumbled upon @InternQueen on Twitter earlier today. How had I not heard of her website before?! It is a great resource for college students looking for internships, which, directly applies to my life right now.

Lauren Berger (the "Intern Queen") just released a book last month titled All Work, No Pay that will guide people through the internship process. It is definitely on my book-to-buy list!
Amazon summarizes the book by saying Berger shows you how to...
"Discover the best internship opportunities, from big companies to virtual internships
Write effective resumes and cover letters
Nail phone, Skype, and in-person interviews
Know your rights as an intern
Use social networking to your advantage
Network like a pro
Impress your boss
Get solid letters of recommendation
Turn internships into job opportunities"

Here's to a wonderful semester of applying for summer internships! [Hint: Possible employers reading this blog post.... hire me?! :)]
