Yesterday I went to Greenbluff, which is a collection of farms up north. Fall is so much fun at Greenbluff; they are famous for their pumpkin donuts, caramel apples, baked treats, pumpkin and apple picking...lots of fun activities! 

It was love at first sight with this hat. One shopping trip brought me to this beautiful accessory and I just could not justify leaving without it. It reminds me of something Blair Waldorf would wear - and I just had to post this today, on the day of the Gossip Girl season premiere! Though the rest of the outfit isn't very "Blair," I thought the colors worked well together. My lovely friends were kind enough to put up with me and take some photos of my outfit :) haha. The background is too pretty to not use for an outfit photo! Plus, I was wearing my Blair Waldorf hat. Which will likely make more appearances this fall/winter.

puget sound preview

I just got back from a weekend retreat on Camano Island, WA on the Puget Sound with dance team. It was beautiful and we had a lot of fun.

TWENTY-ONEEE

I turned 21 years old this week! In America, that's a landmark year and calls for a big celebration. My lovely friends did indeed make me a sash, with shimmer puffy paint, just like I hinted :) we had a little party at a friend's house and then went to a bar at midnight. Pretty typical for a college 21-run, but seriously so much fun! It was great to see everyone who didn't stay on campus this summer to kick off the beginning of senior year.

Easy Photoshop Tutorial: Turning Spring into Fall

Want to make spring and summer outdoor photos look like they were taken in the autumn months? This is super easy to do using Photoshop. All you need to do is adjust the yellow hues. This is how I did it, using Photoshop Elements.

Step 1: Choose a photo to start with.

Step 2: Click Enhance > Adjust Color > Adjust Hue/Saturation

Step 3: Change "Master" to "Yellows" on the drop-down menu. Adjust the Hue bar to -35 or play around with it until you get your desired look.

There you go! You now have an autumn-looking photo that took only about sixty seconds to do.
